Her experience includes matters involving divorce, custody, child support, grandparents' rights, and other family-law concerns. As a certified mediator, Blanca also helps parties work toward resolution through the mediation process.

When real property becomes part of a legal proceeding, simply listing and selling the property may not be enough.
A court-appointed Receiver serves as an agent of the court, with responsibilities and authority established by the court's appointment and orders. Depending on those orders, the Receiver may be authorized to take control of property, protect and preserve the asset, address issues affecting its disposition, negotiate a sale, and carry out the court's directives through the transaction.
Glyne's experience as both an attorney and licensed Realtor® gives him a distinctive perspective when court procedure and real estate intersect.

Glyne brings more than three decades of experience across law, real estate, commercial banking, and finance. Before founding The Worrell Law Firm, P.C. in 2001, his career included commercial banking, private legal practice, and corporate counsel, with roles including Senior Real Estate Counsel for JCPenney Corporation, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Bank United, Associate Attorney with Bracewell & Patterson, and Vice President with First City National Bank.
His experience spans real estate and finance, regulatory compliance, due diligence, acquisitions and development, loan servicing and workouts, contract negotiations, creditors' rights, and family law. His professional affiliations have also crossed both the legal and real estate industries, including the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Texas Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, and MetroTex Association of Realtors.
Today, Glyne brings that multidisciplinary perspective to Worrell Real Estate Group, with a particular focus on court-appointed receiverships and complex real estate matters where legal proceedings, financial considerations, and property transactions intersect.

Blanca E. Espinosa joined The Worrell Law Firm in 2012 after working with Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where she represented individuals in family-law matters and provided community education regarding domestic violence and family law.
Her approach emphasizes honesty, respect, compassion, and helping clients understand what to expect throughout the legal process.
Blanca is also a certified mediator and provides mediation services for domestic-relations matters, including divorce, custody, child support, grandparents' rights, and other family matters.
